    They were supposed to fix our washer dec 30 2024. Originally told us 300 them said we didn't need the last part. Well they have been back twice since, missing multiple appointments in-between and they were supposed to come last wed Feb 11 or the week before and never showed again. We keep calling and they will not call back. I either want my washer fixed or my money back. I am a repeat customer and this is ridiculous. I have had to now take wash to the laundry mat which is not cheap so this is costing me more than if I just bought a new one.
