I hired this company to eradicate flea infestation in my home. I was told to stay away for 5 hours by the tech, Jordan. I came home, but my floors were still wet. Laura told me to turn up the heat so the floors would dry. Both she and Jordan told me there was something wrong with my house. This was their explanation for the problem. Laura said she would check on me after I had turned the heat up. She assured me that my cat and I would be safe, but the floors had to be dry. I waited for 7 hours to enter my home! I went into my bathroom and actually slipped on the wet floor. Laura never called back! I had to worry about my health ( legally disabled with severe asthma) and I also had to worry whether it would harm my cat. Laura assured me that=we were safe, but the floors needed to be dry. I have sent an email regarding the charge on my credit card. They charged me for the whole service, but I state in my email that I started a dispute with my credit card company. They are supposed to come back November 15th. No one from that company will enter my home again. I even stated in my email that I would pay for half the service. I have pictures of the wet floors and a witness who saw them as well. Please help. Now, because they refuse to answer my email, I am seeking full reimbursement since I have to hire another company. I will also be filing a complaint with the licensing bureau in PA. I have no guidance concerning when I can clean my floors.
