    P&M asphalt and paving approached us since they are working in our neighborhood, offered to do our driveway for $9,000.00. I agreed with the person that said he was the owner. Verbal additional tasks for additional fee as check reflects, included drain along driveway (small trench filled with gravel), sealer and road to driveway seam sealer. (Special taped coating that has to be heated up by a torch and melted to prevent damage on road to driveway transition from deteriorating). I sent a demand letter by email, text and certified letter. The certified letter got returned by post office as undeliverable, the email was not responded too but the text was. The responder asked "So what are you looking for" and I replied "An effective drain and a resolution to the lake in my driveway" After that no other replies. That text was June 26th, 2023. The certified mail sending demand letter was June 22, 2023 and the email was dated June 26th, 2023. I do have a contract number and is available on request. I have pictures of the problem, I have the demand letter and the certified letter as well as the email in my sent letter and my text conversation that includes ealier conversation by them pertaining to the project. All of the contact information is on different website and all tie together.

    P&M Paving & agreed for them to resurface my driveway for a quoted price I was told with the quote that payment would be due after completion & im happy. Halfway through the installation Alan, 1 of the company owners, came on site & advised that in order to complete the job properly he would have to apply an addition lift of asphalt on main part of driveway. Told me he could do this at his cost for the addition asphalt only no additional labor cost which would have been a 43% increase in price from the agreed upon quote for the entire project. Looking at what he was describing I wasn’t seeing an issue. While they were continuing to install he was pressing me to make a decision because he needed to know if he was going to send his truck for more asphalt. I told him no on the extra & 2 just proceed according to what we agreed 2. He pressured more. I eventually agreed upon an amount that was 23% higher than the original quote. A 2nd owner Anthony came on site before the job was completed & I asked about the additional cost & if they were actually using more asphalt. He tried 2 explain how the paving machine worked but I didn’t see that what he was telling me ment they were using more asphalt or that it was necessary He asking if he could be paid. At this point the job wasn’t completed. I noticed most of the work crew, drum roller & asphalt paving machine had left 2 go 2 another job nearby. I asked if the equip would be back 2 complete the job he told me this area could be done by hand & the job would be done properly. Paid in full & when I came home I could see several areas not done properly. I called & Anthony told me to send pictures & he would be back the next or 2 to fix I sent pics He didn’t show up to correct issues The owner told me no problem to fix since it took 3 days to harden. We are now past that point. I feel their co. installed incorrectly & was using me 2 make for additional cost to p&m for mine & possibly the other close by job & bait and switch

    contacted this contractor to redo my wall he said he has blocks in stock, I showed him which
    color and block I wanted he went back to his shop showed me many pics they were all the
    wrong colors and all chipped , then I pulled the ones I wanted per estimate later that day he said
    he found them the next day the guys showed up ripping my wall down started to put up the
    retaining wall which was the wrong block and color nothing to support the wall the estimate he
    gave was 3000.00 after I told him I was not happy he charges my card 4000.00 we texted
    emailed called no reply my house looks like a disaster didn’t clean up mess my driveway is all
    torn up he said he would not charge the card until I was satisfied I am very unhappy Repair with
    block as chosen

    My sister hired a contractor to do my my job on the retaining wall she wanted the block retaining wall since she has nothing behind to secure it I showed him the color which was in contract they got something totally didn’t I was at work when they finished the job I texted owner many times not replying at all rejecting my calls I signed the contract for 3000.00 he pulled 4000.00 out of my account my place is a total desisted

    Ok listen I signed the estimate of 3000.00 in front of my sister I went to print it off it’s no longer there then I see a 4000.00 one I asked him where the 1st one is at he got rid of it I am sooooo upset
