    I moved out of of the Alden south hills in April 2018 I was living with my adopted mother ****** ***** ******** prior to me leaving I requested my name be removed from the lease which shouldve been taken care of then I got an email saying I owe this place a lot of money. I was a minor when we moved into the apartment complex my name shouldnt be on the lease as a co-applicant when I was only 15 year old at the time I was put on the lease as the co applicant Ive never seen the leasing agreement until an email was sent from the Alden of south hills and ****** has a history of fraud and her negligence has caused this agency to reach out to me for money she owes them. I was made understood from ****** ***** ******** words that my name would be removed off the lease when I left the home. Ive resided in the state of **** in ************** for over 6 years and I should have no ties to this womans legal troubles. This I feel is fraud because I had no clue of what she put on the lease under my name until recent contact from the Alden group trying to reach out to collect a payment from her being a resident.

    The Property promised that we would have apartment ready for move in but there were so many issues not fixed. They in correctly charged me higher monthly rent and later realized and gave credit after my complaints I have made regarding fixes that needed. Staff were very rude and management says anything to bring people in, they even showed an upgraded apartment first and they lured us into an different model apartment that didn’t even meet a basic rental standards. Molds, insects, and unhealthy bathroom floors, cracks on the walls and windows, toilet that doesn’t even flush properly, door didn’t have secure door locks, toilet door didn’t even close properly, Kitchen had a broken counter, nails on the floor, unfinished and poorly finished painting, and noise everywhere outside the apartment. Please review their business practices. This is a minority people’s stay where you’d find malpractices if charging unnecessary fees and surcharges.
