  I had a plumbing issue with a slow drain, the plumber that came out could not fix the problem so **************** recommended Zoom plumbing and drain&sewer, *************** explained that it needed a snake to be put down my drain and my laundry room to unclog whatever was clogging the slow drain, Zoom plumbing called me around 4:22 PM on April 16, 2024 to tell me that they had a tech in the area and that they could come out, so they sent out to their text *****, 23 and **** 33, before the work was started they told me it would be a $359 charge to unclog the drain, I was given a 10% discount which the price would've been ******, because I really needed to get this done I agree to the price asked him if they took credit cards they said fine and they proceeded to work on the drain, during working on my drain for over an hour or so they broke the snake inside the piping that goes down into the ground, they spent a long time down there trying to retrieve the broken snake that was left in my laundry room sink that goes down the drain I guess that leads to the street or your underground piping, so long of not being able to retrieve it they gave up and decided to leave the broken snake inside my pipe at first they did not want to try to put it back together they just left it apart and said that there was nothing else they can do, so of course I'm not gonna pay for the service until you retrieve the snake and figure out what's going on because that's why they were hired well they left the snake in the drain with a safety has the broken snake and I've tried to reach out to them today on 17 April 2024 nobody's accepting my calls and I don't know what to do to resolve this issue so I am humbly asking for your help to resolve my issue of them getting this broken Snake Drain out of my drain to fix the problem that they came to fix or not and we can take it from there but they're not accepting my phone calls, i've called them this morning from my home and cell number..NEED YOUR HELP!

  We have went out multiple times since the original job on 4/16/24. We have gone out on 4/25/24, 4/29/24, and 5/6/24. We have attempted multiple times to remove the cable. The line is broken under her slab and we offered to dig up the drain line and remove the cable for free. The customer told us that we would have to open up an insurance claim and replace everything that is needed to remove the cable. The customer has threatened to *** us and we feel like she is just trying to get an insurance claim from us. We have communicated with her multiple times and she just does not want to work with us.

  On several occasions **** Drain& Sewer has come to my home, at my request to remove there broken snake, from my laundry sink,At first **** wanted to charge me for there mistake, I would not go along with paying for something that as they there on the job Trainee ***** did, **** the manager tried to Bully me , saying you can get your lawyers or anybody you want, His exact words can't nobody make me do anything I  don't want.. PERIOD I the explained to ****, All I want is ****s broken snake out my drain, and the **** proceeded to explain that **** would remove the Snake, and that **** has to Rip up my floors and Walls to get to the Snake and tried to get to Sign a Blank agreement, that **** would no be responsible for the repairs of restoring the Area back to Normal... So with that being said I made VOICE RECORDING of all of my conversations with ****, which includes *******, 2nd ***** Rich **** Inspector, ***** 3rd Tech and My Last Conversation with **** and in none of these Conversations did I threaten ****, I understand that things happen especially when your using a New Guy, And have being a business owner, I know business have to have insurance for these type of situations, and when I made that suggestion **** went BALISTIC, that he is not going to file a claim to my home back together after they tear it up to get the drain and the call ARE ALL ON VOICE MEMO, IN HIS OWN WORDS, I recorded the call, every time I talk to **** he kept moving the gold post, So with at being said I have the recordings and I' m no satisfied with ****s reply!

  FYI: If I had a leaks in my pipes, or broken pipes as Zoom is  claiming, That would cause visible damage to my home ..Due  to the current situation I am unable to use my washing  machine  causing me  Huge inconvenient, having me to go to the Laundromat

  This is ***************************, I just want to add that **** the Manager from Zoom plumbing is seriously stressing me out he's giving me anxiety I'm suffering from depression from all the guys he keeps sending here to get Zooms SNAKE OUT OF MY LAUNDRY DRAIN LINE, that Zoom's Tech ***** and **** broke in my drain,  ****  the Manager from Zoom Drain&Sewer , continues to keep lying and lying with ABSOLUTELY  no proof saying that I have a broken pipe and that's where the snake got wrapped around the pipe, for one I have three (3)bathrooms in my home and a kitchen with  a with a wet bar, and not any of my bathrooms or kitchen, are showing signs of broken pipes backed up drains in or out of the house into the street to show any sign of a broken pipe, in or out of the house, And not only that Zooms inspector **** on one of Zooms visits to my home Rich put his camera down there in the water line front of my house which is on video,  I have cameras around my house and there is no broken pipe, then his tech ***** put Camera down there in the front of my house there is no broken pipes, and I mentioned to ***** that **** had already did that and his reply is that I just want to try my magic whatever that meant, but still no broken pipes so I'm tired of the broken pipe THEORY, for Zoom not getting their broken snake out of my drain, they are truly stressing me out, at the end of the day for argument sake just say there was a broken pipe, Which I guarantee you there isn't....what does that have to do with Zoom's  negligence removing their broken snake and my drain, Zoom used a rookie to come try to snake my drain and he broke his snake in my drain so what sense does that make that that takes you off the hook I'm tired of their games, and like I said I have all documented evidence from the video cameras of Zoom Snaking the outside of my home,  from the conversations that I've had with each individual when they thought that they were going to catch me sleeping I didn't trust **** from the door I didn't trust his friend **** *** from *** plumbing so I started recording all the phone calls, once again  the evidence does not lie, they're just trying to put to cover their lies. And The previous response from Zoom where whoever said I just don't wanna work with them is a TOTAL lie, Zoom went to tear up my beautiful home because of their mistake and not be responsible for putting it back together and if that's called not working with them, then they have a total problem..... I have called and called and called and he's either in a meeting or he's out of the office or he's busy or he'll call me back I have record of that so I don't know what they're gonna come up next, as sure there's a God,  I'm ready for anything that Zoom throws at me this problem is going to get resolved one way or another....PERIOD
