      Same complaints as others. Went to vybe urgent care my son needed a wrist brace for what was an incorrect diagnosis of a wrist fracture. Almost 3 months later I get a bill for $200 for the brace. They billed my insurance almost $400!! The brace sells on ****** for $53. Will never go back to vybe and I plan to fight this bill to the end. I can not do comprehend how this is allowed. Im furious.

      I went to an urgent care received a ankle light weight brace, Synergy sent me a bill got money from Insurance and still sending me a bill as well. I was never told I would be billed for the brace, The company is sending me a bill I was totally unaware of, I never agreed to any payment of any kind for this clothe brace.

      I strained my ucl in my thumb in an accident in September, and I went to Urgent Care near my home. They asked me if I wanted them to wrap it up, and I thought it would be with tape and I could learn the technique. Instead, they put a brace on my hand. I asked for how much it would be and they said typically around $80 but it wouldn't be sure until insurance processed. I received the first bill for over $300 dollars for it. I called with questions, and I found out they were provided the wrong insurance information, so per the request I gave the new insurance information and had to wait for a new invoice to be issued. The new invoice came in today and they are asking for about $178. Mind you the exact, exact, exact brace online is being sold for under $50. I am frustrated, but I appreciate the billing department for taking my calls and trying to work with me within the confines of the set rates. I implore Synergy to do better negotiating rates to advocate for their clients, and give fair billed charges.

      Let me start by saying that it takes a lot for me to file a complaint. I broke my finger 2 months ago and went to Urgent Care near my home. They put a brace on my hand and sent me to an orthopedist. Yesterday I received a bill for over a $110 from Synergy Orthopedics for the brace. Normally I would just pay it, but as it happens I left the brace in my company office a few weeks ago and needed a new one. I purchased the exact same brace online for $27. I called Synergy and told them that their price is way above what this brace retails for and since I was never told the cost upfront, I would like them to make an adjustment. I looked online and found that the most this brace sells for is $45. They refused to make any sort of reasonable price adjustment. I understand that every company needs to make money but this is a complete scam. If I would've been informed of the price, I could have gone to the pharmacy, which is literally next door to the Urgent care, and purchased a brace for half the cost. If Synergy was willing to work with me and offer to charge $50-60 for the brace, I would've happily agreed. Because they didn't, I was forced to write this review and file a complaint against them with my Health Insurance.
