      These people don't even deserve one star. I have been dealing with adapt health for one year since April of 2024. They billed me for services that were paid by my insurance company I have the *** statement. After going back and forth with them I received a call in October of 2024 from a lady with a reference number telling me that this **** was taken care of. Several months go by. I received another bill about a month ago this would be April of 2025 with late churches telling me I owe this money I call them up I said I have this reference number this was taken care of oh no you owe this money they would not listen to me they will not look at my copy of my EOB they are insisting that my insurance denied this you can't reason with these people. I've had other issues with them so I do not want any of my CPAP supplies going through these people. I see there's a lawsuit in ************** something to do with billing and all that so sounds corrupt to me I refuse to pay for something that I don't know but they're giving me such a hard time about it and the thing of it is is I'm a provider myself and I know the difference but that don't seem to matter. I can't imagine an older person going through this and having to deal with all this.

      These guys do a fantastic job in servicing their customers. I called yesterday 6-11-2025 to order 2 oxygen tanks, no problems delivery scheduled for next day. I then realized my 3rd tank was out, I called the next morning and requested a 3rd tank, no problems they added it to the order and delivered all3 by 12:30 on scheduled day. Couldnt ask for more!

      Initial communication was difficult. Transferred many times, then never received a call back. Suddenly I get a message that they were at my door with no previous notification. It took many calls to let them know I was out of town and to quit scheduling a pick up. The gentleman who did finally arrive when I was back home was very pleasant and professional. Communication from Office to Customer to Service Technician is the problem that needs work.
