The absolute "worst" company to deal with for diabetic supplies. I was just on the phone for almost 35 minutes trying to get thru to someone!!! I'm so done with this company! Ridiculous!!!

This company only cares about billing Medicare. Patient health is not a concern at all. They insist on communicating through texts, and then don't respond. No one here cares when we run out of life-supporting medications or equipment. This company goes out of their way to be incresibly time-consuming and frustrating for both patients and healthcare providers.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. My fiance has been an Ostomy patient for 10yrs and every time we reorder (every 3 months) they tell us there is no doctor on his account and we need to update the doctor. The doctor has been the same since the start. He will be attached to this for the rest of his life it's not temporary so when we call for supplies we need them they treat you as if your bothering them with 900 questions. WHY!? Horrendous company with absolutely no patient care experience at all. And no compassion

DO NOT USE ADAPTHEALTH! THEY DO NOT FOLLOW INSURANCE EOB'S! THEY MAKE YOU HAVE A CARD ON FILE, INSURANCE PAYS ALLOWED AMOUNT IN FULL AND THEY STILL TAKE MONEY OUT MY HUSBANDS ACCOUNT! THEY FILE THE INSURANCE INCORRECTLY AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAYS PATIENT OWES $0.00 AND THEY STILL TAKE MONEY OUT OF HIS ACCOUNT.
I DID CONFERENCE CALL WITH INSURANCE COMPANY AND ADAPTHEALTH AND THE INSURANCE COMPANY TOLD THEN WE OWE NOTHING AND THAT THEY ARE FILING CLAIMS INCORRECTLY AND WE OWE NOTHING AND THEY NEED TO REFUND THE DOUBLE BILLING AND MONEY THEY TOOK FOR THERE INCORRECT BILLING PRACTICES!
THEY IGNORED THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND DID IT AGAIN THIS MONTH....
The insurance company told me to call them if the took money again and they will open and inquiry on this matter.
I tried to turn card off and they will not let us because he still has oxygen machine. Well yes he does because he had met is max out of pocket and is paid for in full by insurance company if claim is filed correctly. But this company will still take money from you after insurance has paid allowed amount in full which is in breach of contract with insurance companies and against the law.
We are letting the hang their self and I told them DO NOT TAKE ANOTHER DIME OUR OF HIS ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE OWES $0.00..
      THEY STILL DID ON 8.15.22..
Now I will open the inquiry with the insurance company and they will audit their books for these type of fraudulent practices.
This can cost their contract with the insurance company and they will be fish dead in the water because without BCBS they will not survive.
We are going to let them continue stealing from us because he had met his out of pocket max and we are going to with with BCBS to uncover their fraud and hire an attorney to get all our money back.
Please people look at you explainition of benefits from your insurance company because they will tell you what you owe the provider. This company is double dipping and are not educated in the proper way insurance billing..

Several years ago I began buying my CPAP supplies from Airway Oxygen and it worked great – they would check insurance status and advise if I was ordering too early for ins coverage or would get full primary (Aetna) and secondary (Medicare) coverage on the order if I wait. NOW I order from SNAP – get no insurance info – cannot get onto my Aerocare account – receive a bill from AdaptHeath three months after order date for $192.00 – Aetna claims I should only be billed $117.00, I pay in full $117 – Medicare sends new claim status indicating they paid $153 three months ago and I may be billed $38 – I contact Aerocare billing and told “reprocessing pending and could take up to 90 days to hear back” – in the meantime I order & receive 6 pillows and try to find out what the invoice details are and cannot find any info with any of the 4 companies mentioned. There are no words that can properly describe such a fiasco short of FRAUDULENT or STUPIDITY.

They co-partnered with OlyHealth. Since then I cannot reach any one at the Olympia store.
When I call the phone kept ringing with no pick up.
This is by far the worst place ever. I wish there is another place where I can get my supplies.
I strongly encourage anyone whose doctor referrers this company to speak up and seek and ask for another supplier. I know I am.

They recently bought Solara Medical Supplies, where I get my continuous glucose montiors through. Even before the purchase, it is a challenge to get supplies on time, and it has gotten worse, and continues to get worse with every re-order.
I am a Type 1 insulin dependant diabetic. I rely on the glucose monitor to alert me to low blood sugars, as I am unable to physically sense them anymore. So technically, I could pass out, go into a coma and potentially die without this device. My insulin pump also works with the monitor to deliver more or less insulin depending on my blood sugar.
I have been calling EVERY DAY for over a week about my order. No one has an answer. And if you tell them that's not what I was told the last time, you get a stumbling "oh, you're right" which is total BS.
My sensor expired yesterday. Guess what. I still don't have supplies. If they need something or there is an issue, they do not contact you. It has become MY job to make sure the order is on track, and even then, I'm not getting supplies on time. Since my sensor expired yesterday, my glucose levels have been all over the place because the pump doesn't have numbers to help regulate insulin and keep things level.
It is extremely ironic that they are a medical supply company and don't care about the health of their clientele.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! After dealing with this company for almost a month, I am completely fed up! We received a bed through ******** and in just under 3 years, the motor that lifts and lowers the bed busted beyond repair. Im trying to take care of this issue, I have wasted approximately 500 minutes by being placed on hold every time I call. After 1 week, the tech ( nice guy, by the way) came out to evaluate the bed and deemed it irreparable and out of warranty. Our only option, according to ***, was to buy a new bed. I called ******** and I spoke to a benefits specialist who told me that the company does not make benefits decisions and they should submit the request to ******** and they would make that decision. I finally was able to speak with a much more empathetic person at the company, who immediately sent out an email explaining the situation and for the submission to ******** be made. Unfortunately, the gate keeper *** sat on this a whole week, and I had to once again, call the company to insist on action. Here we are almost a month into this crisis and there is still no resolution. *** repeated to me that if it were her moms bed, she would just buy another one out of pocket. She has no way of knowing our financial situation.

I order my CPAP supplies from Aerocare or at least I did in the beginning. I usually pay online but since I have gone with this company, I never know where to go online or call because they seem to be changing names with other month. It has gone from Aerocare, Verus and now Adapt Health. It seems that you order from one place, get invoice from another and supplies are sent from another. Please help.
