      Working with Towne Park Claim Services is borderline ridiculous. My claim, which was admitted to by the company for a stay in *********, has taken four months to get completed for the repairs. The "supervisor" assigned to my case is EXTREMELY unresponsive. I have left numerous messages for her over the last 4 months and have NEVER received a call back. Even emails are not returned regularly, with maybe one response for every 10 emails sent. If not for the efforts of the body shop, I do not believe that the work would ever have started. Even with the starting of repairs, a submitted supplement received no response from the company for over a week. It wasn't until I actually got a hold of someone who pushed me through to management, that the supervisor finally did something and released the supplement. This was a very simple case, with video from the vehicle showing the damage being done, and due to this supervisor's lack of professionalism, it has taken months to get anything done. Repairs that were to take 5 days have dragged on for 3 weeks due to the lack of responses.Good luck dealing with this company. I hope the companies that enter into contracts with this company know how bad this company makes them look.

      I was visiting an hotel in ** and was unfortunately bamboozled by the good old bait and switch when it came to valet. I was told it would be $30 a night to valet my car, which was the only parking option available according to their staff. I willingly agreed to do so and all was well. Until I checked out. I was hit with a $210 dollar bill with the nasty attitude of the valet attendant inside (KK) telling me oh well, its $70 a night soo and then telling me I was charged a 3rd night since I came to retrieve my car after 5pm. All information shared during check-in was a lie. They escalated the situation and in the worst way - by calling security, despite me not being combative or even having an attitude, and telling me to move out of the way. No one has any desire to be professional or honest or try to resolve the matter. The only receipt I have is after I was forced to pay the scammed amount and all the information is incorrect. ******, the manager, also felt no need to assist despite the fault resting with her staff.
