    We entered into a contract in Sept/Oct 2022. The work was not completed. We were told they would not be able to finish and they agreed to provide a refund. They do not return calls or emails. These are the payments we made on the project between October 2022 and January 2023, totalling $8.900: 1/31/2023: $650 fence purchase 1/5/2023: $1,250 installation payment 11/7/2022: $3,000 installation payment 10/6/2022: $1,000 deposit on change order for work not started or completed on front retaining wall 10/1/2022: $3,000 deposit According to the contract, the total due was $10,500 if payments were made electronically. All payments were made electronically via ***** and *******. The total contract amount included a change order of $1,500 for the trash bin area in the front that was never started. In addition, the retaining walls in front were never completed.We are owed the following amounts: $650 for the fence $1,000 for the change order deposit $500 for the remainder of the change order PLUS Amount TBD materials/labor costs for the unfinished front yard retaining wall for which deposit was made Amount TBD materials/labor costs for the unfinished fence and lighting installation for which deposit was made

    A $4000 payment was made to this company and they didn’t show up on the date agreed upon. Plus our financial situation changed and we canceled the project for those 2 reasons. We would like to have our money returned.
