I purchased a 2014 ***** Malibu on 3/22/25 from theirplace of business (24/7 Auto Sales) for my partner. On 4/16/25, while driving on the highway, theTRANSMISSION failed and now will not drive forward. I reported the issue to your company via phone call. I was given the reach around, so I proceeded to follow up with an in-person visit to go over the signed paperwork on 4-17-25. and to resolve this issue. We spoke with an employee who said his name was "**** *****," about the same person who SOLD and SIGNED off for selling me the car, he handled all of our paperwork from start to finish. While inquiring about the car's information, he only had two piecesof paperwork to present to us, neither of which showed any information about the vehicle as well and the documents were also improperly dated and crossed out on his end.I also asked "**** *****" about him signing the paperwork, and he proceededto tell us a blatantlie that he NEVER SIGNED the paperwork and that it WAS NOT his signature; however, as I already previously stated, he was the only person who handled our paperwork the entire *******. ***** also informed me that there mechanic goes over a list of parts and signs off his ok and when he does that means the car is good to be sold and the list of parts wont be covered by any type of warranty however that's where there is also a issue how are we responsible for a auto mechanics poor judgment on a vehicle he inspected as a auto sale shops mechanic.I will admit we didn't completely read through all the paperwork properly the first time, to my own fault of being in a rush and wanting to just buy her a car of her own; however, although the paperwork was signed off, there was no Buyers Guide given as indicated on the documents.Business Response

Thank you for notifying us of this complaint. We take our business very seriously. We did speak to the Millers and explained to them that the cash sale of the vehicle came with no warranty. We are obligated by law to explain and give written forms which include the bill of sales, buyers guide and title of the vehicle. We always encourage our customers to inspect the cars and test drive to ensure that vehicle in question is in good working condition when purchased. We welcome any type of inspection they would like to make before buying a car off our lot. We even had some customers bring their own mechanic to look over said car. Now all vehicles that we have are inspected and fixed to the best of our ability by our own mechanics. When we purchase a vehicle for our lot, we obtain a bill of sales which includes a condition ***ort. we base all our mechanics work of this list and whatever else diagnostic we come across when fixing any car before it hits the lot. Although we do our best to ensure that the car is in good condition, we are not responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise after purchase. we test drive our cars but cannot guarantee that any issues may arise after purchase because these are used vehicles and certain things won't be seen or known without daily/constant use of the vehicles. Again, we can only do so much and these are all used cars. We have attached the contract that was signed by the ******* along with the buyer's guide that indicates that no warranty for this specific car was in place, car was sold as is condition. Our sales *** tried to explain this to the customers. We are sorry that they had such a bad experience but there's only so much that we can do. I have attached a copy of some of the forms given to the millers that proves we did in fact explain this to them, when the purchase was made. Thank you.Initial Complaint

The date of transaction was September 7th, 2022. I spent $3,800 before taxes. It was $4,028 with taxes. The sold me a car, 2007 *** ****** to be exact. I've had a few problems since I got the car. On the first day, I had to get a new battery because the one in it had died on me. Then, a few weeks later I had to get it fixed because the radiator and heater hose were leaking. I spent a ton of money on antifreeze because of it. Also, now the breaks/callipers are giving me problems. I can't even start/drive my car, I haven't been able to for a couple weeks. My breaks are locked up and it won't go anywhere.Initial Complaint

Took car for test drive told him breaks were hard and ignored me two times, only thing he said was the check engine light (said it was something with the gas cap) 3 days after after I got the vehicle the front wheels locked up and cant move the vehicle at all. Called the guy and was trying to ask him questions and he wouldnt let me talk and just kept cursing at me. And telling me its my responsibility now and my fault for buying a used car that cheap. And put new breaks and caliper on the back because he said they froze up.Initial Complaint

I had gone to this business and explained in detail the price range and the fact that we had just lost our truck due to the private seller not telling us the issues with the vehicle. We had looked at a 2013 ***** ******* on the lot and noticed oil under the vehicle. My husband then checked the oil and there was none in the car. We asked to see a different one. At that time we were shown the 2010 ***** *******. It was a little above our price range but I loved it. We test drove it and noticed that the air conditioning didn't work and neither did the sunroof. We told the man selling us the car and he shrugged his shoulders and said the ac needed to be charged and the sunroof was off track and was an easy fix. So we started to sign the paperwork and when we were finished the man stated he couldn't find the title and that the man from the other shop could bring it tomorrow. My husband went the next day April 29th 2022 to get everything transferred. My husband was going to bring me the car to work and the dash lights came on. Dealer was notified and was told we signed the papers sold as is. Shortly after that the back windows stopped working and the car started to randomly stall. We had it looked at and found that the codes had been cleared prior to our purchase we also found out that there was an issue with the timing belt. August 27th we were driving and the car started to shake and grind and we had to pull over. We had it towed home and had the vehicle looked over and the engine was busted. I had reached out once I had the answers from the mechanic and spoke with Juan and he was obscene and rude. I explained I had the car almost 4 months and drove it less than 3000 miles. He told me too bad amongst other foul things.
