    The staff is HORRIBLE. I paid almost $700 for a rental that was advertised at $89 a night (which I rented for only 2 nights) . Fees add up quickly ! Security antagonized me for no reason. Gave me a citation for voicing my opinion because a security guard kept going back and forth with me. Security told me my cars wasnt registered , then when they found out they were registered , I didnt receive an apology. They told me theyll give me a citation if I didnt drive back 20 minutes to the rental office to get an extra gate key. Drove the 20minutes to get the extra gate key (they wouldnt give my original back until I went to retrieve another one and bring it back to them to prove I had 2) then when I returned back with the extra one , they returned my gate key to me. A whole week later the owner calls me to tell me I have 2 citations (which at the time I contacted the owner to let them know they were threatening me with a citation if I didnt get the proof) . One citation was failure to gain proper access to the community, which they threatened me with if I DIDNT get the gate key, which I did and they still gave me a $500 citation (which they didnt give it to me in person nor told me it was a official citation, they told me if I didnt do so then theyll give it to me ) and ALSO a $100 citation for disorderly conduct because the security kept arguing with me while I was talking to someone else. They think they can talk to you like a child and your not supposed to say anything back to them.

    Arrowhead Lake is a Homeowner Association In Pennsylvania, recently the community passed a resolution banning last minute rental, this places a great financially burden on many of the owner in the community because most of the booking during this time of the year are last minute. I have try numerous times to contact the Community General Manger, Assistant Gernral Manger, The Board of Director. I have never received a respond back from any of the person listed above.
