      If you need a survey done look elsewhere. Brian doesnt return calls. Doesnt seem to care about his reputation of lack of professionalism when dealing with his business. I called a different surveyor and got a return call the same day with an estimated timeline of the following week to provide a proposal and when it would be scheduled for as it should be. Dont waste your time with this guy.

      We hired Brian in 2017 to join 2 lots together. We paid him $800, it took him 10 months to complete the survey. He never completed the job by sending the drawing to the township. I called and he said he would the 1st couple of times. Then nothing, called countless times after and he never answers or calls back. DON'T BOTHER USING HIM, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I'd like to leave NO stars.
