    The Bookkeeper misuses funds, rent has been given and they have no record of it yet the ******* has all their reciepts. When dealing with the landlord himself he is a slumlord. Leaving holes in floors, plexiglass as a window repair, leaves tenants in the wintertime with no running water if pipes freeze at no fault of renter says to flush the toilet with gallons of water that the renter has to purchase.. takes 8 months to do repairs on minor things that turn into major things. REFUSES to do repairs after being asked multiple times and when you voice your renters rights he goes to evict. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
