    Wort company I've ever dealt with. Sent Back the original welder because of issues and the replacements and they are refusing to refund my purchase, even though they have it in their possession and I have nothing.

    2017 purchased a box of eastwood x-mat sound deadner and heat insulation. I installed it all through the floor, firewall and trunk area. This summer after installation, the x-mat seeped, bled and pooled all over the inside of the vehicle. No disclaimer, no warning, no notice of possible seepage from the heat. The weather inside the garage got to 90 degrees and above. My car is ruined. I can't even go inside the car to work on it without ruining my clothes. There is black sticky pools of x-mat seepage all through out the inside of the car. I contacted Eastwood and spoke to Jim a representative and he told me other customers were very upset and the exact same thing has happened to them with the added side effects of fumes and a bad odor when exposed to engine heat and muffler heat coming up through the floor and firewall. I believe compensation or a possible lawsuit should be considered with Eastwood Automotive Co. concerning this obvious defective product. I am now in the process of slowly scraping the removal of the entire interior of my car and will never purchase anything from Eastwood Automotive again. Sincerely, Ron C. O*******

    Order #E02290215. Welding cart was received, documented, and with missing parts (axle). Multiple email attempts to customer service that included multiple photos without any response.

    Ordered a toolbox May 21st 2022 and was charged for it at the time. The toolbox did not show backordered which is why I purchased from Eastwood. After not receiving any communication from Eastwood other that a order confirmation and not receiving my toolbox I contacted customer service in August. I was told the that my confirmed ship date would be 9/30/2022. Fast forward to the end of October and I still have received no communication about my order or the order itself. Further, in the time since I ordered, I have received multiple "review this product" emails and even a "product you view is back in stock". Apparently it can be in stock but previous orders are still screwed. I have now contacted customer service again and the reply stated you ship date is now "late January" for an order placed in May. I will be requesting a refund and we will see how long that takes.
