      I work for a church and we purchased a ************ ****** from this company and two additional thermal carafes from the company at a cost of $851 on 5/2/2022.We received the coffee brewers but never received the additional carafes. It has been overlooked because our community has been in recovery mode following a wild fire that kept us out of our space for months. We tried settling the matter and checking the status of our order, but it became clear that we were getting nowhere. Now when I took up the matter once more, there is no longer a working phone number to contact anyone from the company.

      A piece of equipment was ordered and kept getting delayed shipment. The order was canceled and refund receipt weas sent that was a fake and never credited. When trying to contact company they cannot be located assume closed. Do you have any information or guidance to pursue for our refund.

      This company stole $4923.00 from me. I placed an order and communicated with one of the sales associates for months. The equipment was backordered, but every time the scheduled delivery date would come up it kept getting delayed. I have still yet to receive anything from this company, no equipment nor a refund. No one is answering calls anymore and the company has supposedly shut down from what the sales associate told me. I had to reach out to him (sales associate) on ******** to get some kind of answer. The owner is ************************* and I know I'm not the only one who has been robbed by him.

      We ordered a Butcher block countertop in July from Restaurant Tory. We paid roughly $1875 for this item. We were given the run around about order status and shipping multiple times with no response. We were contacted by a sales rep who said the company was closing and he would no longer be with Restaurant Tory. I asked if my order would still be shipped and initially he told me no...then changed to yes it should be. We did receive the order late September....however it is the wrong item that we ordered. I now can not reach anyone to discuss a refund or to get the correct order. The sales rep that reached out to give me his new contact info, is telling me I can order through him at his new employer. Very skeptical at best.

      Purchased some restaurant supplies on Aug. 5th 2022 and have not received all my items. There is 4 items that I have not received. I have emailed this company a few times and I have called the number on the website and left messages and never got a call back. I requested a full refund and I have not received my refund. I want this company to refund me in full because of the trouble they are giving me and plus these items was very important items that I needed asap. If they can't fill orders don't do business at all.

      I ordered patio chairs and cushions at the beginning of June and never received the products. I followed up with Josh F. several times and kept getting new shipping dates as a result of *********** not filling orders. He specifically said, you are better off not cancelling the order because that is what the manufacturer is hoping so that they can now sell the product to someone else at a higher price. I called and sent an email on 8/24 asking for a status update on my order, which was supposed to have shipped on 8/22 and no return call or email. I did receive an email in the evening notifying me of a refund to an order that I did not cancel nor did I ask for a refund. This is deceptive and I and I feel like it violates consumer protections laws in most states.
