    My experience with 422 Sportsplex's summer camp has been incredibly frustrating, characterized by a complete lack of communication and professionalism from their end.

    In June, due to unforeseen professional commitments, we decided to cancel my son's enrollment in their summer camp. I made multiple attempts to communicate with the staff through emails, voicemails, and text messages. Maddie, the camp director, initially returned my call but became unresponsive afterward.

    The general manager suggested a two-year credit toward any one of their programs but failed to initiate any refunds as per our request.

    I even reached out to their social media channels and received vague, non-committal responses. In the end, there has been zero action on their part to resolve this situation. They've left us stressed, inconvenienced, and financially burdened.

    If you're considering enrolling your children in their programs, be cautious. The lack of accountability, transparency, and customer service is alarming.

    In summary, I would strongly advise against relying on 422 Sportsplex for any commitment that requires your time and money.

    Hi Barbra,
    We are very sorry to hear about this, and have spoken to our general manager of the facility, who also did confirm that he had offered you a credit but that is where it was left off. Payments are non-refundable according to our policy, and if an exception is made, that would need to be appealed to upper management.
    If you could please send an email to me, with a brief request for a refund, and why you would not be satisfied with a credit, I will be sure to appeal this to upper management and see what we can do for you.
