    I have paid my bill the day before the month starts to ensure my internet is on for my job. I work from home and need the internet to work. The bill was originally $160 then jumped to $187 thats ok but when i pay it and they say i havent and berate me on the phone is disgusting. This business has almost cost me my job four seperate times. All I want is my internet on so i can work.

    To Whom It May Concern,
        Thank you for reaching out to us about the concerns of *****.  ***** has been a valued internet customer of Wire Tele-View since May of 2016.  We appreciate the loyalty and trust she has placed in our internet service and customer service thus far, and we hope it continues.  
        Wire Tele-View is a small, family owned and operated corporation.  Our office consists of three full time employees, all who have had the opportunity to speak with *****.  Unfortunately, the majority of our interactions with ***** were regarding her consistently past due account balance.  To say the three of us are appalled, and honestly a little confused at her complaint is an understatement.  We all have worked with ***** on payment arrangements and payment issues on many different occasions.    
         Every statement in *****’s written complaint is a false accusation.  If her payment was made on time, her service wouldn’t have been interrupted.  ***** is fully aware of our nonpayment policies as she is consistently late.  I do want to emphasize that we work with all of our customers if they contact us with financial difficulties or if they express concerns of making their payments on-time.  Again, ***** is aware of this because we have worked with her many of times.   
         I do also think that it is worth mentioning that it is completely unfair to accuse Wire Tele-View of almost “costing her her job.”  It is *****’s responsibility to make sure that her bills are paid on time and in full, not Wire Tele-Views’.  If necessary, documentation can be provided to show lack of service due to lack of payment.  
        As mentioned before, Wire Tele-View is a small, family owned and operated corporation.  We pride ourselves in the services that we offer while we also acknowledge our faults.  We have worked very hard on rebranding ourselves over the past several years, and to have someone write such an unfair and false complaint is disappointing.  We go above and beyond for our customers in ways that other corporations do not.  Many are grateful, but unfortunately it is an unrealistic expectation that all will be.
