      I had them install a roof on my home and they didn't install drip edge along the roof line. The worst of it is that they agreed to replace any damaged plywood underneath. They replaced it where the knew that I could see it, but chose to just shingle right over a 6 x 4 hole that was over the eve, not thinking that I would ever see it. When I was refacing the eve, we took off the soffit and you could clearly see the hole and what they did. I texted them a picture and tried to work it out with them but hey wouldn't even respond after multiple texts and phone. I made every attempt to contact them and they wont return my call.

      Contractor rebuilt stone facade fireplace chimney in January 2022. At the first moderate rain after the job was completed and every moderate rain since, the chimney has leaked. Water drips onto the metal firebox and eventually accumulates somewhere beneath that to the point that splashing can be heard.Contractor supplied a one-year warranty. Contractor did report to the property on a few occasions, each time failing to stop the leak until October 2022 when the contractor no-showed for two appointments and has since refused to respond to text or phone call messages.I have a record of all of the dozens of text messages I sent to my contact requesting that the contractor complete the job, and, with many texts, I had attached videos of taken during rain events, so that he could hear the extent of the problem.
