    May 2,25 went on internet with Nilight to order a led light bar for my truck. Upon checkout I used my **********, said it went through; then popped up a "Link to ******" that would NOT let me get my email receipt, until I filled in my name, address, MasterCard #. Once ****** got my above information then page closed.I then got a Nilight order number. I ALSO got a ****** letter stating they were taking $539.00 for "Bitcoin" "Folhas da Terra" If a error call ************. I called & man ask me to open ****** Play store on my phone. I became more nervous & told him, "No I'm calling MasterCard and reporting ******************************* for FRAUD ! I will be closing my ************** started begging me to NOT hang up, I then hung up! I want this to be reported & taken off internet NOW! If Nilight is a fake company return my $55. for led light bar PLEASE. Respectfully, ********* ****.

    I ordered from them and never got anything. I reached out and support said that I need to contact ****** so I did for whatever reason and they couldnt help me. After I explained this they found my order and sent a photo of delivery that does not show my house. They told me they was contacting ***** for me and I never heard back. Finally they said that I needed to do so and give them the claim number. I reached out to ***** and they said they dont do this for receiver its to be submitted by the seller and all they can do is tell me to contact the seller. I told them this and once again theyre silent and not helping me.

    I purchased an item from this company that came with a 2 year warranty. The business confirmed that they are honoring the warranty as the item is indeed defective however for the past 2 months they have continuously made excuses, lied to me and even made a tracking number claiming a replacement shipped but never sent it. They obviously dont want to honor their warranty on this item which is false advertising and they will not refund the money I paid either so I paid almost $70 for a useless item.

    The company has now sent me a replacement since the complaint was filed so this can be closed. I guess they understood that this needed to be handled, thank you for your time. Please let me know if you need anything else

    On March 28, 2024 I ordered a 6 gang Nilight switchbox. Several months after installation it began to malfunction. An email was sent to the company along with a video showing the malfunction. On October 1st I received a response agreeing there was a malfunction and promising they would send me a new unit as they have a 2 year warranty . They told me it was backordered. On October *********************************************************************************** a tracking number. On October 18 they told me they shipped it. As of the 22nd no tracking number so I emailed again. On the 23rd they sent me a ***** tracking number. Since then I have sent numerous emails. They now tell me there are warehouse issues, holidays, stock issues. They told me they solved the issue and would be shipping soon, even though they had claimed to have shipped it already. As of today, November 19th the item has still not shipped. They clearly have been misleading and are not backing up the warranty on goods they sell.

    Display window for PSI indicator does not work, therefore I cannot fill my tires with the correct PSI.
