    Rented a storage unit with contractual agreements that my items would be secure behind locked gates and camera surveillance. The facility knowingly left gates unlocked and open for months and purged camera footage of area. Management was aware of compromised security and was unavailable at time of discovery of theft. After contacting law enforcement management denied theft and breach of contract. Management also denied previous illegal activity in the facility that was verified by local police. I filed a claim with provided insurance which was passed off to a third party company reducing coverage for a lesser amount than specified in contract. In order to collect approximately 10% of total loss the company insists on a notarized release of liability for remainder of losses property and financial loss.

    My storage unit was sold and there was an overage and I am owed a refund check. I have contacted this company many many times and still have not gotten payment that I am entitled to. I have been given run around. They say payments are processed there. I asked for a phone number so I could contact and they never got back to me.

    On March 6 I arranged help to condense my storage units because I am on a fixed income. I drove over an hour with 3 men to help paying them total of $60. Plus gas plus their time while I tried to get this resolved. All 3 of my units were late because I only get a check on the 3rd of the month. Every month they are paid UTD. I have sudden extra bills now and wanted only the two units. Unfortunately, they were still overlocked. I tried all morning and early afternoon to have it resolved nobody was at the property or answering the number that was left on the door. We left unhappy. I received a text that early evening from manager he was sorry but said he has 24 - 48 hours to remove it. Which is wrong anyway I received a email from District Manager and a response from ****** on Yelp. It has been one month since I had the problem with Storage Sense. First I heard from ****** on here that she wanted to speak to me about this I tried contacting her a couple of times and never got a response. Then the email came from **** he will be in touch with me then oh they don't have the correct phone number for you I've been trying to reach you. Sorry **** everytime they call or text they have the right number. Now here we are another month gone by I'm still on fixed income and now can't even pay the unit that I came down to try to eliminate. Would I recommend them or anyone that works there absolutely NO if there were a way to do a negative star I would. Now I am going to loose everything in that unit because I can't afford it. All because it was never taken off overlock. I don't by the oh I have 24 to 48 hrs to remove the overlock noooo I worked storage for 8 years I know how it works.
