    Hi my name is ***************** and I was just wrongfully detained by police. I was told by police that dogs were going to spca and I was under the impression that they would be their when I got back. I found out after getting back my mom was taking care of them and they became to much work so she took them to Hillside SPCA in Pottsville PA. I had a friend call then on a Wednesday and she was told they were their and they might get transferred. That same day they were adopted. It takes a few days to get approved after filling out paperwork. I went up on a Saturday to get my dogs and I was told they were adopted. These dogs are my kids I'm devastated. They should of never accepted the dogs my mom isn't their owner I am. Had I been contacted I would of put them in boarding till I got out. Hillside was very rude unprofessional and ignorant. You'd think they'd help me and be appreciative that I care so much about my dogs. They were gonna call the cops on me and have me removed after being there maybe 3 minutes. I left numerous messages and they never respond. I'm heartbroken and my dogs are old I'm afraid soon I'm gonna find out they passed away. Please any help from yous and Hillside is horrible. If you could contact them on my behalf to help me get justice and my boys back ASAP. It would mean so much I couldn't thank you enough. These dogs are my entire family and we've been through alot together.

    The hillside SPCA received my two dogs because my ex took them without my permission. They wouldn't give them back even though both dogs were in my name and I treated them like my children. I tried calling and visiting numerous times, but no one would help me. Eventually, someone called me back and said my ex had to pick them up because they were in his care at the time. But he was in prison and couldn't do it. I asked if I could show paperwork, but they said no. Now, I don't know where my beloved dogs are or if they're okay. This had taken place in November and I have been dealing with it since! Please can someone help me. I am sick over my dogs my children miss them dearly
