1 starI have tried to contact M&D to come fix my driveway for over 2 years now. Less than one year old and there are divots all over. It's been 2 years of trying to contact and even text with no action. I paid $12k for my driveway and you can't walk across it at night without tripping.Review fromChris G

These guys are terrible. Had them rip out my old driveway and replace with new asphalt.They didn't listen to me about where I wanted the edge line and, is not even close to being strait.Broke a window when digging the driveway out and, acted like it never happened. The driveway is littered with rust marks. They tell you what you want to hear and, then do what they want. I have no idea how these guys have a 5 star A+ rating on BBB. Not even close!

*****,Your paving job was completed in August of 2019 by the owner's son and the owner, himself. We were unaware that there were any problems with your job. If there was a problem, you should have contacted us directly instead of writing bad reviews. We would have been more than willing to address, and fix, your problem. The owner of the business and the salesman in charge of your job have tried to contact you regarding this since we saw your review on another website and you have not returned any calls or text messages. We also have an 800 number that we receive reports from as soon as they come in. Those are three ways you could have addressed this problem differently. We have no record of you ever reaching out regarding your problem. We apologize that you feel your driveway was done incorrectly but if we don't know there's a problem, we can't fix it. Please call us to resolve the issue rather than continued harassment online. The reason we have a 5 star A+ rating is because we do quality work and take care of our customers. While mistakes are inevitable, we always take care of our customers.
