    Best company I have ever worked for!! They go above and beyond for all thier employees. The company isn't just a company to work for they make you feel like family and that for me is the best! Of anyone is looking for a job in the medical field this is the company to come to, I promise you will not regret your decision..

    TLC staffing is great. I was working a job before that consumed my life , but TLC has given me my freedom back. I love how they let me pick my own schedule. I now have time for the things I want to do and I have wayyyyy less stress in my life. I would highly recommend this company.

    So I left ltc as a "in house employee" a little over a year ago! I signed on with tlc staffing and it was the best decision I've made! The company goes above and beyond for their employees whether it is to find work or transportation to work. I however do not live close enough to utilize the transportation part but just the effort is so important. They also are constantly posting options and voting for prizes usually for trips you can win for just going to work. Also, for nursing week they out do everyone I've ever worked for. The stuff they give you is stuff you use in the day to day job and fashionable as well lol. I do contracted work and have got renewed for 13 weeks at a time for the whole time of my employment with them. And if for some reason the contract was taking longer than expected they are connecting with you for other jobs immediately that are close vicinity to you and pay is amazing! I also am in lpn-rn school and they work around my schedule! They say "the grass isn't always greener on the other side" well that is not the case with tlc staffing! It is so much greener lol! Thanks for employing me and showing me the decision I made to leave "in house employment" changed my life for the better!
