I have had a very tiring, frustrating and drawn out experience with Ciccoa Collision Center in Philadelphia the ***** ***** Location. My car was involved in a Hit and Run accident 8/18/23 around 6am. Luckily the accident happened not to far from this collision center, also in partnership with the dealership i purchased my car from (Ciccoa ****** of Philadelphia) (10/22 date i purchased my car) so it was a no brainer i thought to take it to them. I arrived with the vehicle 8/18/23 around 12pm. Tom who was the first person i dealt with. After going over what happened in the accident, Tom agreed that i wasn’t at fault after assessing the damage to my car. My insurance at this time was ******** ******* Insurance. My claim adjuster was ***** *****. Within that week i believe *** ***** had declined the initial estimate given to her from Ciccoa Collision Center. I wasn’t aware of this at the time. No one had contacted me. I reached out 9/14/23 via call to ( ###-###-####) @ 12:14pm. With this line i had to be transferred to the collision center, once transferred i spoke with Tom who i asked about an update on the work being done on my car and its status. He said the work had been paused on my car due to the insurance company claiming they were going to send someone out to redo the estimate for the car after the initial estimate they had given was denied. At that point i asked why wasn’t i informed of this from my insurance or the collision center. I asked that i be updated if anything changes and i would work to help them in contact with my insurance to get this completed at a reasonable time. Days after that conversation i worked to in contact with my insurance adjuster to get them this new estimate so the work could be done. I will say my insurance was just as bad because i couldn’t get in contact with the person they choose to redo the estimate name ****** *****. I finally was able to get in contact with **. ***** ***** to get contact information for *** ***** and found out that he had the assignment since 9/13/23 to redo the estimate and didn’t get it complete till 10/3/23. Now it has been 2 months and 4 days however the work is still not completed on my car and i can not get a definite date of completion from the center. I’ve made more than 12 calls to the Center from 9/14/23- 10/20/23 as well as messaged *** about 14 times to get this resolved. I’ve spoken to the new manager at the facility who was rude and of no help. From my knowledge the person who has been dealing with my case at the Center ***, has recently been fired and that’s the reason they can’t tell me when my car work will be completed. I am also being charged for a rental from the collision center for $25 a day which is now at a total of $450 and counting and again i can’t get a response from the collision center. This is costing me way more in time, energy and money with no resolve this is my last resort before i would have to file court papers.

Took my car in after an accident. They claimed to have fixed the issue and when I went to pick up the car there was still problems with it that they didn't even look at and told me to take it into the dealer that it was my problem

      Date: 12/22/2022

      Good Morning,

I received this complaint to respond to in the mail.

******************************* had his 2016 ****** ******* repair under ********* insurance. Upon completion of repairs and delivery of his vehicle he brought concerns to our shops attention. We had these concerns diagnosed with Ciocca ****** in Allentown almost immediately to investigate the relevance of repairs to his report insurance claim. His insurance company deemed all of these items that were found to be NOT BE RELATED as part of the repairs and were mostly maintenance items due to the fact that the vehicle has excessive miles on it for the year of the vehicle. This was explain to the customer and his wife in detail about our findings by *********** and Ciocca Collision center.
