    I spoke with Ziebart about a rust problem on my grandfather's 2005 Grand Mercury ******** I dropped of the car on Aug 19th and was told that the ceramic was a special order and I have to pay upfront for that. I paid upfront in full for their service. What I endured and received was shabby craftsmanship. I have pictures of the unacceptable work performed. I still have car parts wrapped in tape they didn't put back. I was promised a detailing job for all the inconvenience of course I didn't receive that either. I dropped the car off on a full tank and when I went to pick up the car it had 2 lines before empty. I questioned them about it. I still had to put 40 something dollars in my tank leaving this place. I have included a few of the pictures taken as soon as me and my grandfather inspected the work

    The customer has not contacted us with any issues regarding quality. The customer complained when picking up the vehicle that while the vehicle was being worked on, we did not contact her enough with updates. We feel we communicated with her efficiently throughout the process. She stated if we did not give her money she was going to complain to our corporate offices and to BBB. We attempted multiple times to resolve her complaint, but she was unwilling to discuss any solutions. The vehicle was delivered and at the time there were no quality issues. All of our work is warrantied, if the customer is now experiencing quality issues, we are happy to correct them at her convince. If there is something that needs to be fixed under warranty, the customer should contact the store or stop into the location anytime during business hours.
