    une 19 2023 called Hess Well Drilling and Others for price quotes. Hess came out 1st thing on June 20th 2023. He had quoted 3500 to 4000 but stated he had to call his truck rig. Received call from truck, ******. While speaking with him I was again quoted 3500 to 4000.00. Three people arrived. ****** confirm that it needed to be replaced. I authorized because I had received a quote already from Hess and the ******. The small crew pulled the pump & began to reinstall new pump, at that time 3 more trucks showed up at my property, they clearly were not required. One of the gentlemen came in and changed out the controller box and wired to my existing water pressure tank. Once finished they confirmed pump turned on. 30 minutes later, NO WATER. Called to advise no one came til next day. ****** came back said it was because controller was not calibrated, Pump did turn on 30 minutes, WITHOUT WATER. Called again no response called 1st thing in morning. Spoke with I believe ***, or *** at the shop, he came out with ******. *** found that the pump control box and my pressure tank were miss wired. They had to install a new controller box and controls for my pressure tank since the issue burnt them both out. I received my bill July 18th 2023, for 6485.95. I called the office to discuss. Secretary referred me to *****, no response, so I called the office and asked to speak with someone else, On Aug 7th I got **** the Owner-. **** said he would investigate it and get back to me. I again have not received any information from this company. Need billing revised and warranty and component information.
