    We purchased custom logo items from vendor in March and our credit card was charged $2,941.50 on 3/22/22. We followed up repeatedly and kept being told that the items were being held up in China. On 8/11/22 the vendor said they would issue a full refund. On 8/19/22 the vendor issued a "test" credit of $500 leaving a balance due of $2,441.50. They keep saying they will credit the balance but still have not. We have also attempted to contact their corporate office but have had no success.

    My Client has been paid back in full before we received this letter.
    This was a terribly upsetting situation for both myself and my client.
    My client purchased products that based on the value of the products
    could only be purchased and manufactured China.
    We paid for and put our order into China back in March for my clients product.
    Soon after that purchase China told us that China was in lockdown due to Covid and where going to
    have problem making deadlines. After several months of these issues with the manufacturer in China I
    offered my client the choice to purchase more expensive/better quality American made products or get her money back.
    They chose to get their money. Not that this is her problem but I gave her $500.00 to test the credit card which worked fine.
    I spent the next few weeks battling China to get my money back so I could pay back my client.
    I paid back my client and to this day continue to battle the vendor in China to get my  money back.
    I have implemented a policy with in my organization not to purchase product from China without warning my clients
    of any supply chain issues. Back in March we had just started to have supply chain issues due to Covid and shipping container issues.
    We had been purchasing from China for years with very few issues.
    My client was very understanding in the beginning with the supply issues
    but I absolutely understand their frustration over the schedule dragging on for too long.

    We have been in business for over 25 years and have never had to deal with type of a situation.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. It took awhile but we did eventually receive a full refund.
