    Negative Stars. Do not use this company. They have struggled to pick up my trash on a regular basis. They are hard to get in touch with and get responses from. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for the year I used them for trash service. They would miss pickups for multiple weeks. Never offered a refund/credit for weeks they missed. They rarely informed you of schedule changes. They used COVID as an excuse, which I was willing to work with them, but it just kept getting worse even after COVID was waning. I finally cancelled with them but after 2 months they have not picked up their cans or returned my deposit on the cans. They are not responding to any attempt to contact.
