    Bought a dishwasher from them, bought extended warranty came and fixed didn't properly line it up and when we closed the door we broke it. Called them they said the would take care if it. It also tips forward now when you load and the racks come flying out. I've called them many many times. Wrong part came and they needed to order something else that's it. Haven't heard from them since before Thanksgiving 2022. I installed the dishwasher and we never had any problems with it till they had someone come out fix it. It's a couple thousand dollar dishwasher and I'm very upset they haven't done anything

    Per our Tech, we've been in touch with the customer and are resolving the issue, Parts have been on backorder, we had the dishwasher installed properly before we received the complaint

    I am rejecting this response because:
    This company as not initiated any phone calls.  This has been going on for almost a year.  Never once did this company call and say hey we haven't forgot about ya waiting on the part still nothing.  I've been calling constantly.  Even spoke to one of the owners once before Thanksgiving.  I was polite even asked him to go outside so we could talk so other customers wouldn't hear me.  Told me part was there someone would reach out to me no one ever reached out.  NEVER.  **** just reached out for first time ever without me calling the last week in April.  I've lived in the area almost 40 years and wanted to support a local family owned buisness that as been around as long as I can remember.  What a mistake it was

    The customer purchased the dishwasher on 2/29/20 - they picked it up and installed it themselves or had someone install ? on 3/2/20 - on 5/23/22 ( 2 yrs later) they called and said it was leaking, we went on 5/27 and noticed the wash pump was leaking, we ordered the part and replaced the pump on 6/6/22 - on 11/21/22 customer called and advised it had no power - we ordered parts per description of problem ( the parts were on backorder for quite sometime, we did receive them and went out to replace them o 5/1/23 we replaced the main board, and ui board and found the dishwasher working normal. Job is now complete and all parts and service were under warranty so customer did not pay anything. See attached invoices for confirmation.
