    Hello on August 7, 2022 we hired Quality Asphalt out of Kissimmee Fl, phone # ###-###-#### also out of PA. We paid them $30,500.00 to pave our driveway and also paid for a 10yr sealant. We have contacted the company by phone and text repeatedly since March 2023 to come out for warranty work regarding cracks and holes throughout the driveway and the sealant looks to be non existent. When they did our driveway to begin with they did alot of patchwork for this to be a new 1st time pave. All their patching areas look horrible and they have repeatedly told us they r busy and would come soon. This has been since March 2023 and noone has given us a date to come or come out to even look at the issues . We paid them alot of money to do this job and we would like them to come out here and make it look right.

    The truck showed up at our Church/School/Food Pantry facility Tuesday morning the 27th around 9AM and the guy offered to use leftover asphalt on our very old and in need of repair parking lot. The asphalt guy used alot of "christianese" language because we are a church. The Food Pantry Administrator called the Head Deacon and he talked to the man and agreed because it was free. They said they would be back at 1PM. We moved all school vehicles and waited. They called and said they would be back Wednesday, the 28th at 1PM. So our Head Deacon, and other volunteers were here to meet them. It wasn't the same man, who seems to do the scheduling but not the work. This crew leader said he knew what to do and set about doing it but it was wrong. He then said he could get another truck and do it right for a charge, but it would be half price for the square feet of asphalt used. The deacons said to go ahead for $8000 plus the free stuff already laid down. However, this pattern went on for 2 more loads and we ended up with a $21,000 bill that had to be paid that day, but I had already gone home and so i had to go in the next day to meet the scheduler with a check for that amount! The understanding was that the bill would be no more than $14.000 but that was verbal. They didn't seem to follow instructions well, and that may be how they scam people into buying more. The whole crew seemed to be ****** or an ethnic group that looked that way (no personal prejudice at our church - our pastor's wife is ******!) but they were all having a hard time communicating! I feel they took advantage of our old (age) deacons and the men who were there and miscommunicated purposely and then demanded payment immediately! THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE US THEIR ADDRES TO MAKE THE CHECK TO but the Treasurer said they would not get paid unless we had an address to check out. Maybe this is the way some businesses operate, but something is not right here. A well dressed man in a new truck got the check.

    I am the Financial Secretary for ************, **** *******************************., Elizabethtown, PA ********** where the scam took place. I was asked to file this complaint by the President of the Board  of ************* **** I also filed with the Attorney General of PA. and with the Federal Trade Commission. We are serious about stopping these people from scamming others.

    In regards to the 2nd complaint from *********************** from ***** ****** church. I have attached her first complaint she sent in to the attorney generals office. In which she contradicts herself from two different dates to the asphalt being free then in her other comment she claims it was at a reduced price. No job was ever free and you can clearly read in her 1st comment she had attached they knew it wasnt free. It seems to me like they keep adding and subtracting from there story. As for them talking about our crew my sister in law is a of mexican heritage and my nieces. So how dare her make a comment and insult our crew members that is highly racist and unacceptable. But Im guessing thats why she changed her statement with you and added her Latina pastor in the mix. Coming from a church I wouldnt have expected to be so
    conniving from shredded our crew to our trucks. My trucks are tagged in pa. I can send you proof. The trucks that hauled asphalt material for job that day our not mine. I can not determine where they get there hauling trucks tagged. My pa business license # is ******** and I have attached my badges of achievements on ***** leads along with my reviews.

    I am rejecting this response because: They have picked my complaint apart. We have multiple people here who witnessed this event and took part in the phone conversations and the days that followed with the demeaning phone calls. These brothers scammed us and others (Have you read the reveiws for ********** Brothers?) and need to be stopped by whatever legal means they can be stopped.

    I’m so confused who is ********** brothers? Are business name is quality asphalt service llc. I gave you my license # to look up I can send my business insurance as well. Also I provided you my reviews I’m not aware of where she’s looking or getting her reviews and information from. And I guess she would reject her response considering she literally contradicted herself and the story keeps changing

    I am rejecting this response because: I looked up the ********** Brothers and the man who came and I personally handed the check to was ***********************************. Also the others here who were with the men of our church can identify him and the person he said was his brother. They scammed us. They have scammed others. We are a church of older people living on retirement and cannot afford to sue them, but have put the word out there to everyone we know - you and the Attorney General and other people in a wide area to beware of them. We are friends with many businessmen and women from ************ and other places down their way and have sent notice to all of our comrads to beware. We know that Colossians 3:25 declares that "he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hat done and there is no respect of persons." We know God will be the avenger of what they did to us - the Body of ****** at this address on planet Earth. We hope these people will come to the saving knowledge of *********************** and not use Him in getting close enough to people to abuse them, as they did to us. We cannot sue, but God will repay. That's all.
