    Purchase tickets to a show for $118.75. Show was cancelled 5 days prior to the show with no refund.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I did call them regarding refund this is the email sent back to us:

    Hi ******,

    I received your call and I apologize for the delay. I'm with the ticketing company that handles the Renegade ticketing and I wanted to update you on the refund situation. Since the show was rescheduled unfortunately, the venue's guidelines stipulate that because the show was rescheduled they are unable to authorize a refund. However, you do have a couple of options:

    Use the tickets for the rescheduled event on September 7th.
    Use them for any upcoming event, including those next year. 
    Sell them to someone else if you prefer.

    The event was moved from August to October at an outdoor venue in ****!!! I just want my money back.

    So I was supposed to be put in a file to be contacted for sponsorship. They block you on ******** they give you a fake phone number. Tell you its for a ticket line and never answer then they tell you that theyre under new management in 2021 they let a competitor of mine be a sponsorship And bring his tow truck onto the field. They didnt crush cars then they done the dirt mounds. I know why I was never contacted and sudden that theyre saying they dont have a file I have screenshots so they dont need to come to ********* again theyre driving trucks with no titles illegally. They need to be shut down , I will impound every single vehicle that will come to *********, including customers that does not have my parking permit. It is illegal to drive a vehicle with no title so you guys are running an illegal business and I wanna know why I was never contacted why I hung up and I get blocked when I was supposed to be on file for a sponsorship

    We had a very sad experience at the 10.30am show in Topsham ME 06.03.23. Our 4 kids (4-6 years old) got an emotional trauma because of the insane behavior of the employee ****. We bought the 2 ride tickets online and our kids were dreaming to have a ride! I would say it was the main reason why we came to the show! It was a strong rain when the show ended around 2pm. We approached the truck to have the ride and the employee **** said that every person must have a ticket. We were literally the only ones there. The 4 little kids and the 2 adults soaking under the strong rain, looking at **** with the wet eyes (and the eyes were wet because of the tears and not the rain) and he is saying that only two kids out of four can go. I was offering him to pay on the spot, he refused. We did not mind to buy the two more tickets but all the kiosks were closed! And the most important our friends had the ride before the show started (before 1pm) and guess what they said that they were told by the employees they need to buy the tickets only for adults!!!!!!!!How ridiculous this situation is! We got soaked under the rain while trying to convivence **** to give us the ride. We were even offering him to take the kids only. Of course, we couldn't let 2 kids ride and the other 2 kids just watch them and cry. We threw away the two tickets and left. Our kids left in tears and with emotional trauma! This is very very unprofessional employee. I guess he just discriminated us because we spoke with an accent, I can't think of any other reason why would he do this to our kids!!! I left my negative feedback on their ******** page and got banned. No one even reached out to me to get to know the details. What a way to do the business, right?! I'll make sure I keep spreading the world with our sad experience with the Renegade Monster Truck show. I want to make sure less kids will cry next year because of someone like ****. Thanks

    7/7/21 purchased $314.50 in tickets for Sat. 10/30/21 Lavonia GA show. Was looking at ** page 9/21 and noticed it said Lavonia GA Sun 10/17/21, I emailed them I couldn't attend on a Sunday that's why I purchased for a Saturday but they wouldn't reimburse, said I should have read the fine print. They sent a new email stating it had been moved to 3/26/22 due to COVID. On 3/18/22 I received an email that the show had been canceled completely. I requested a refund they issued a voucher good until 1/24 for another show. They had no shows scheduled for GA in 2022 and there's none scheduled in GA for 2023 so I emailed the previous address that I had dealt with and received no response. Checked ** and realized new email address but got nothing there. I had previously gotten a response on messenger before it was totally canceled but now they don't respond there. I saw alot of people posting in March on the renegade ** post asking about getting their money back or when we're they coming back to GA but they got deleted. I did find another lady and contacted her the other week and she said she still hasn't been able to get it resolved. They canceled bc of COVID we deserve a refund. Now there's no help for us. Families were looking for affordable safe events and we were cheated.
