    I called the office 1/31/23 to get a pro-rated refund. I paid $94 for 3 months of trash removal service. My check was cashed on 1/24/23. I was told by the phone service representative and office manager that they do not give refunds. I asked to speak to the owner and was told “he doesn’t return calls” What kind of business is this? All I want is my money back!

    Good afternoon

        I personally spoke to *** on 1/31/23 after he yelled at my receptionist. He asked for a refund and I explained we do not offer refunds, it also states this on every bill that gets sent out. I repeatedly explained this to him. He than told me he wouldn't know that it states this on the bills because he has people who take care of that for him. Than he said he just received the statement 2 weeks ago (they were mailed out on 11/22/22 and were due by 12/31/22). His payment was late by almost a month but we did not charge him any late fees. After he demanded to speak to the owner I explained he is always out on a truck doing routes and is never in the office to return calls. I never said he does not do so just that he is never here to be able to do it. He than started to threaten us by saying if he does not receive a refund it will not end well for us, I told him he can take legal action if he would like and his reply was" oh I never said it would be legal". He stated several times that he was going to come to our office. So many times that we had to make a notice for our staff that if he does show up here we are to call the police for our safety. He was extremely rude and threatening the entire phone conversation. I was calm and kind the whole time. This is our policy. We have no way to know if someone is going to move in the middle of a quarter. If he just mailed his payment out 2 weeks ago I cannot imagine he did not know he was moving prior to that. If we would have been called prior to that we would have prorated his bill and he would have just needed to pay for that part of the quarter.

    Cancelled my service with business and they refuse to return my payment. They us the excuse it is policy that was sent out with the "welcome package". First, that was about 5 years ago, second, I did not and would not have agreed to it, third they did not bother to tell me that when I paid ahead. Very deceptive.

     Th customer ***** has been a customer with us under a special promotional rate for several years now. She was told the limit upon starting service with us.  She has been abusing her service and placing out much more trash weekly than her rate allows. She was told this on 6/29/2022 when a new driver let us know about the situation. At this time she was extremely rude to the receptionist she spoke to and said to change to our regular rate so she could put extra out. The following day (6/30/22) she called back and apologized profusely for being so rude and to change to her the 2 toter rate so she could place both of her containers out for pick up. She than called on 7/5/22 and accused us of being dishonest and taking her money to "party" with because we do not offer refunds. We offered her to finish out the quarter she had pre-paid for but she refused. She called again on 7/6/22 and I personally spent over 30 minutes on the phone with her trying to help her understand the situation and that she technically should have been charge extra on several occasions but we did not charge anything above the promotional rate she was receiving. She started to yell at me and tell me she was going to trash us all over ******** and call an attorney on us. I let her know we could do the same since she was technically preforming theft of service for several years. We do let customers know we do not issue refunds upon sign ups and it is in our welcome letter we mail out as well. If this was not read by the customer their is nothing we can do about that. As far as letting her know when she made the payment in advance, she paid by a check sent through the mail on 3/17/22 so there is no way we could have let her know this or even known there was going to be an issue in the future. She insisted she had found a cheaper company and wanted her account ended immediately.
