    Had an in laws quarters built less than two years ago. Tshudy and his team were done in just two full work weeks.
    My backyard was complete mud and tore up - Jarid stated he would "get his guy to fix the landscaping". Never happened.
    Within a month of completion, the floor transition was coming off of the laminate flooring. It was glued down and not stapled down.
    While the crew was building the addition/in law quarters, a piece of my siding came off and I reached out several times - no response.
    The exterior door was hung incorrectly and I had a draft blowing into the addition - called back, no response.
    The bathroom of the addition has a breeze coming in at the base of the flooring. You can literally sit on the toliet and feel cold air entering the bathroom.
    It is very disappointing the amount of money I spent to have this addition built and as I find things - I am ghosted. Jarid has POOR CUSTOMER service, he will take your money, have you sign a contract, rushes through the work and then does not respond to text or phone call.
    This past weekend with a lot of rain accumulation, the doorway from the main house to the in law quarters was dripping rain water. I had a contractor come out and assess - I did not bother to reach out to Tshudy because not only would he not respond, but he is not welcome to build/repair anything at my house. The roof was incorrectly built at the peak of the addition. Inside of the in law quarters at the corners of the drywall are bubbling - indicating leaking for a long period of time. I referred him at the time of construction to countless neighbors and friends. Many are having the same issue. You never see his truck in our area anymore - I assume he has moved on to other innocent community members.

    Doesn’t return calls. “Finished” work but having issues and won’t return calls. Attempted several times to add another project and he never called back. Stated project would be in scope of work. Will not provide receipt of work.
