    I interviewed several different deck builders before deciding on Double E Construction for a screened in rear deck with roof. My old deck had rotting wood with no roof and was not screened in. The process began with a free consultation. The kind and friendly gentleman took measurements of my deck and ended with him giving me a portfolio of different products to choose from. After the initial meeting and making the choice to move forward with them to build my project, I received a proposal which clearly outlined transparency for all costs and written verification of liability insurance and workman’s comp for its employees. From the very beginning Ephraim was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Once the builder solidified obtaining permits, the work began. A crew of personable and professional craftsmen was sent who showed up on time every day (weather permitting). The old deck was torn down and all debris removed in a timely fashion. If there were any last-minute changes or ideas, he and his crew immediately incorporated them into the build without hassle. Within a few weeks the job was complete. I’m VERY HAPPY to say that the deck looks better than I expected, and I am VERY PLEASED with the finished product. Since it’s been built, I have received numerous compliments and people stopping by to get their contact number.

    I would give Double E 10 stars if it was allowed! Ephraim made sure our roof was installed before the birth of our new baby. He scheduled our repairs within one week and the job only took 3.5 days to complete both house & garage. He was extremely patient and pleasant to work with, even dealing back and forth with our insurance company. His son "Mani" was so talented, respectful, and smart and I couldn't have asked for better contractors. They left no mess behind and made sure my property was neat and clean. I would recommend Double E to anyone and look forward to working with them for more home projects!
