    This company was hired to remove trees from my neighbors yard when they arrived they blocked the drive way so no one could get bye and gave my wife a hard time about coming down the driveway because they need ** to move their equipment. But, the eel issue is they parked their heavy equipment on my yard with out my permission. This was extremely arrogant on their part and caused large tire ruts on my yard in addition to tearing up part of my yard. When I asked if they were going to fix this a worker or maybe an owner denied this until a worker said they did park their equipment. He just got into his truck and drove off. I want my yard fixed including the ruts running down the front of my yard.

    I have spoken to my Operations Manager (Tony) that responded to this disaster in this developement.  He is aware of sitiuation and advise me that after working a very long day around 6:30pm Tony and one of my other workers was ready to leave and this fellow aprroched them screaming at them and after about 15 minutes of screaming and belittle them. Tony made the decision to walk away and left. It turns out that this man shares a right away with a number of other houses and my crew backed a landscape trailer with a small piece of equipment on it onto the wrong side of this shared driveway. Tony advised me it did not make ruts as the yard was dry and hard.
    I am willing to go and meet him, but will not tolerate him screaming at me or my crew. I can also take pictures and will fix yard if there is damage.  Regards, Nick * R********

    Mr R***** said in a prior response that he would reach out to me. As of today I have not heard from him. Just like his foreman another lie. He just told BBB what he thought you wanted to hear

    Please be advised I did leave a message on his phone and apologized as I thought I was supposed to wait to hear back from BBB before I contacted him.  I did leave my cell number asking him to reach out to me so that I may set up time to take a look at his yard, and did advise him we are willing to fix if there is damage.
