    TERRIBLE ABUSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
    I have had problems with the transmission in my 2015 Grand Caravan RT which I bought brand new in 2015 ever since the day I took delivery of the vehicle. According to the GPS someone had driven this vehicle 107 MPH with less than 400 miles on the brand new vehicle, while bringing to the dealership.
    I have had this transmission repaired THREE TIMES already and now it needs repaired for a fourth time. It only has 71,000 miles on it and should not be having major issues like this.
    To top it off the Service Manager Dwayne, was extremely rude and abusive to me on the telephone and actually ended up hanging up on me while I was talking.
    You do what you want but I will never buy another vehicle here and will recommend to everyone I know that they should stay away from these inferior products and abusive customer service.
