    I purchased continuing education classes from this provider under the assumption that they automatically report to the boards but they do not even though their website states they do. I informed them that I would like to cancel my subscription as I would not like to have to report every class I take manually as it is time consuming and there is plenty of providers that report automatically they denied my request. I didnt even use any of their courses to renew my license I only took 2 classes before they sent me an email of failure to report and thats when I realized they do not automatically report the classes.What nurse has the time to manually report 27 hours of classes. Im not interest in their services and would like a refund.

    Customer contacted us on May 31 with questions regarding credit reporting and was, unfortunately, given incorrect information.  Contacted us separately on June 5 for a refund but did not give all the details of the previous interaction on May 31 and the refund was denied because she has already used the product.  Had it been known that the customer was given incorrect information, it either would have been corrected or a refund would've been granted.  Due to the mistaken information given to the customer, we processed a full refund on August 23.  Proof of refund is attached.
