    This company was supposed to do my taxes 2020 & 2021. My taxes weren’t completed at all for 2021 & 2020 nothing was paid or set up to pay the government. ****** was gifted to me by my cousin to help me get my books in order. The money paid was supposed to be for the remainder of the year and filing of my tax return. For 2021 I was supposed to pay for accounting services. I signed a contract saying it would be $75 per monthly wrap up. I couldn’t get in contact with ****** from June 2021-January 2022. Now I was running around trying to get everything is order to file my taxes. And then ****** told me the money I paid her wasn’t enough that I needed to pay her more. If we agreed on amount and she didn’t respond to my emails why should I have to pay more. Now I have to pay another account to fix what she didn’t complete. She didn’t file an extension like she said she did. My etides haven’t been done for 2 years, my taxes haven’t been paid in 2 years and my ********** account had to be completely redone. All my expenses are in the wrong place/Category
