    I purchased a lot of Jivago perfumes. I paid $93.04 total. When opened box I knew right away these were fakes. I asked for a refund. They sent me a PDF label to return them for me to be reimbursed however when I try and open pdf file it says I dont have access. I let them know and so far I havent heard back from them and ****** says its closed. I feel like I got screwed. I thought goodwill was an hi eat company. How sad that they take advantage of people and promise a refund but not really. This is the order #********

    Hello,

    Buyer was sent the call tag via the email address she provided. There was no communication from the buyer after that. The item was returned back to us and a full refund has been issued.

    I an having trouble getting my money back on a returned item. I received the coat and it had holes in it, so it was returned and ***** lost it ***** #- ************ there is an open ticket # ********* She said she filed a claim with ***** 2 times and now she said I need to file a claim. I just called ***** for the 3rd time and there has been No claim ever filed and the shipper on the *********** to file the claim. Its been back and fourth for a while now and I do not know who i need to contact to get this done and get my money back if this person doesn't doesn't file the claim. Now she says shes gonna contact a ***** rep again this is the 3 rd or 4th time shes told me that and does nothing.Can you please advise me? Thank You for any help in advance, ************************

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We have apologized for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused the customer. The cause of the complaint was due to *** ** misplacing the package. 
    As of today, 3/28/23 the customer has received the full refund for the missing package. 
    We hope we don't experience this again.
