    October 12, 2022 My car needed maintenance, I had my car towed to Marrero's Auto Service. I needed ball joints, tie rod and sway bars replaced. ****** suggested to buy the parts from **** because the parts would be here quickly. I did purchase parts from ****, the total for parts came to $224.79 ( I can provide the order from ****) they repaired my car and asked me to ******* ****** ******* directly $525.00 for labor ( I can provide a screenshot of this payment). About a week later, I returned to the garage because my car was making the same exact noise. The employees claimed that they checked my car and parts replaced and nothing was wrong. Last month I moved out of the area, had my car checked at another garage, *****'s Auto Service LLC ********** ***** checked my car and told me that Marrero's did not put the seal on one of my car parts and that the part was not lubed which is very dangerous and also is why my car is still making the noise. I called Marrero's made them aware of the situation I was instructed to bring in my car. I did take my car in 4/19 8:20 I called during lunch my car was not even looked at yet. I received a call from the secretary stating I bought cheap parts that I was instructed to purchase. I explained to them what the issues was with my car , *****'s Garage also printed a complete paperwork for them to refer to, they declined it. And insisted that I broke the a completely different part of my car. I asked for a refund of at least what I paid to have my car inspected Marrero's declined. The secretary told me to purchase a new part and they would put it on for free . Was not able to upload documents but I can provide them if needed.
