    I had my car inspected by this company and needed new tires. They put new ones on and I paid. However they are not on properly and the one isnt sealed correctly causing a leak. I have contacted the company numerous times to correct the issue and have heard nothing back. I also waited 2 weeks for a manger to call me, and only after I threatened to open an escrow account and stop payments. My car was repossessed and e-mails were ignored, I was lied too, and then when I was told I could pick it up 2 hours away, was told I couldnt and wasnt ready. I was given new tags, license plate, and non at my request. Something that shouldve taken me 10minutes took over an hour with people putting me in a back room away from everyone and being told by a supervisor that I need to wait outside until the next morning. It was a complete mess with multiple people telling me different things, workers ignoring my presence, and rude behavior. Its been about a month and nothing has been resolved and I have text, emails, and calls. Its a very big inconvenience to have to fill my tire every other day especially since its rained the last two weeks where I live. I have tried to resolve the issue by reaching out to the company and have been ignored.

    I purchased a vehicle from Miracle Motors in August of 2024. After going through all the paperwork and test driving the car we signed everything and left the dealership. We were told while signing that paperwork that every on time payment would be reported to a credit bureau, this did not happen. While driving the vehicle home the check engine light came on. A couple of days later the engine blew up. After paying a hefty towing fee we received the car back a week later. Two weeks after this the engine blew up again. This time they had it for 2 weeks and said it was fixed. The car stopped working a third time and a fourth time right after getting it from their garage after they claimed they fixed it. The car stopped working again on 12/13/2024. I called them this morning and was told the manager would call me, he never did. The vehicle was not fit to be driven or on the road at all and they keep giving us the car back with more and more problems. When I told them I was no longer going to make payments on a vehicle that was unsafe and that i couldnt drive they threatened to sue and reposses the vehicle. I no longer want my contract with them and want my down payment back and half the money that i have paid for the vehicle. In less than 5 months it has broken down 5 times and during these 5 months I maybe was able to safely use the vehicle two and a half to three months of it.
