    Date was 08/05/2022 There was bugs in our cup. Our waitress was sitting, talking, eating, & touching utensils. The waitress also coughed over the utensils. We didn't really eat all of our foods. So we went to the cashier to see if they can do something about it. Cashier seen the bugs. Cashier felt the need to give us attitude. Waitress then said we should've been wearing a mask.. which I do not understand. The meal was 32 dollars, we refused to pay the full amount or anything at all. Employees came to see us outside across the street asking for the license plate. Our names. We refused. Someone called the cops on us from the restaurant. We had to pay $20 for meals we barely touched. Customer service was highly disrespectful. They obviously do not care for their customers. I will not stop until this gets resolved THANK YOU.

     We are responding to your letter regarding an incident that happened. The customers were a party of 4, including a toddler that they behaved awful in front of. There was a tiny fruit fly in one of the beverages and we replaced it, apologized profusely,  tried to comp all 4 of their beverages for the inconvenience and that wasn't good enough. The waitress in the back, more than 30 feet from them was having her lunch at the designated employee table and began to choke on her food, nowhere near any customers by the way, after we made sure she was ok, the table in question said that was unacceptable and they wanted compensation for that as well. 2 of the 4 had eaten all their food and the other 2 dishes were half eaten. We tried to apologize again and told them that her choking on her food for 3 seconds nowhere even close to them did not warrant a full compensation and they would have to pay for the food they ate. The female threatened that she was going to "make a scene" and cursed at the other server in front of the toddler mind you and acted in a very unacceptable way. We never have to call the police on people because most people don't behave like this. They were awful and then to have the nerve to try to make a complaint about us, we should have called children services on them for exposing a child to that sort of behavior and cursing. Every customer around them said they were awful from the start and they don't know how we deal with people sometimes.  The police made them pay for the food that they ate because they also saw how disturbing their behavior was and knew they were just trying to get out of paying.  Feel free to respond if you have anymore questions about this matter.
