    I arranged for my phone to be worked on at cellfix and already provided them with a $50 deposit. They were requesting this transaction to be debit only, and when i questioned it they said my credit card would be fine but debit is preferred. I have never heard of a business requesting this. On Monday Sept 26th at 12:00pm i had dropped my phone off at cellfix, quoted a two hour window time to fix it. So i came back at 2pm and the employee told me to come back in another 30 minutes. So i waited and came back, and then he came up with another excuse for me to come back at 3:30 and he said it would be done then. After wasting 4 hours of my time, i come back and he told me my phone wasnt fixed and it would be done tomorrow (tuesday). So i call tuesday and the owner picked up the phone and condescendingly told me my phone screen wont work still and that "the phone is dark". I told the owner that if the phone isnt fixed tomorrow, i will take it back in as is condition and want my refund. The owner told me that the manager would be giving me a call back tomorrow when he was in. So Wednesday September 28th goes by with no call. I decide to call Thursday, and nobody picks up the phone. After leaving a message and calling several times I drive out of my way to go into the store and find that the store is closed even though it was during their business hours. However, an employee was near the entrance but he did not have keys to the gate and they will not give me my phone back. I had my father there as well to ask mall security about the situation, and the mall manager is aware of the situation as well. The store has not contacted me since and it has been taking 5 days so far on a service that was only supposed to take 2 hours. I already talked to the owner on Tuesday about the service he failed to provide, he acknowledged he would give me my phone back and my refund, and i have not heard back anything from this business. This is my property they are refusing to give back.
