    On 5/24/2023 , **** ,the Five Star T.V .Repair Service came to my home to check on a tv that needs repairs. He viewed the TV and stated that indeed he could fix the problem but needed to order a circuit board and needed $110 cash advance to do so. Also, at the time he decided not to take the TV with him. While waiting we communicated several times. The first one was to advise me that circuit board had come in several weeks after our initial encounter but that it was missing components. He said that he would look online for the missing parts. After a couple of months I got tired of waiting and told him to give me back the advance. He agreed stating that he would refund the advance minus $25 for the initial service call. I agreed. It has been over a month and I am still waiting for the refund of $85. **** TV repair phone ************

    STAR TV repair is 100% fake company, running business to cheat people on the name of fixing TV's!!!!!!!!! **** or ******, the man behind all the cheating activities, knows your broken tv (esp screens) CANNOT be repaired, gives you hope, gets TV, gets deposit, returns tv in same condition without any fixes. I know he not even attempted to fix anything. Just returned as the same old condition. Even he thought if would ask him to keep the tv with himself so that he can sell online. I doubt he has any experience in TV or even he would have take some spare parts from my tv. who knows. This is where government has to help. I CAN SEE MANY CUSTOMERS REPORTED SAME PROBLEM. He shouldn't be running business as it is a disgrace to all similar businesses in Pennsylvania. Hope USA Government or Police would take some action against JOHN. I THOUGHT IS A GENTLEMAN BUT HE IS CHEATING CONSUMERS!! If he collects 90 dollars deposit from customer, see how much he can make??? Cheaters will loose this money in some other form. Karma is a boomerang my friend and you'll reap what you sow.

    First I like to start out saying my name of my buss. is Five Star TV Repair, NOT STAR T.V. All this gentlemen had to do if he felt  this way about my buss. was to speak to me & I would have explain to him what he seems to not understand how my buss. is conducted.  I have many many satisfied cust. who do not feel this way about me or my buss.  Therefore this cust has the right to his opinion in whatever matter he choses.  I do explain to everyone of my cust. what the problem is with T.V. & what it my cust if there are no other issues with the T.V. If there are other issues The cust must make another dissision (I did speak to the cust & paid his back what he wanted) Unfortunately I am not in Buss to do work for free!!
