  Do not buy this company is a scam scam scam I was told that the vehicle I purchase included a warranty I have proof that it was supposed to be included in the deal after purchasing and calling back they have told me there is no warranty included even after having emailed proof that it was included do not finance anything from them stay away from ********* ****** and also ***** **** STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE DECEPTIVE AND DONT WANT TO HONOR WHAT THEY PUT INTO WRITTING DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES AND WHEN THEY RESPOND THE LAST EMAIL THAT WAS SENT from there team was Just sending you a final email to go over the loan documents. You should be receiving them today via ********. My administrator, ****, will be requesting your loan documents. **** will be sending you one DocuSign which includes the Roadway Advantage and ************** This isnt extra out of your monthly payment that was initially quoted below.This document is very important to keep as for the next two years, you are covered for reimbursement up to 5 tows and 3 tire replacements per year. The lender will be sending your other documents which is your finance agreement. Once you have completed those documents the lender will send the funds to pay ******. SALE PRICE FOR UNIT $53250 DOWN PAYMENT IS $20000 ($1000 DEPOSIT + $19000 DUE AT TIME OF CONTRACTING) FIRST PAYMENT IS DUE 45 DAYS AFTER FUNDING 12 MONTHLY Payments of ******* FOLLOWED BY 16 MONTHLY Payments of ******* Which they dont remember this part but the payment is the same so I know there couldnt have beeen any confusion.

  On Thursday, November *******, **** contacted *********************** phone) owner of ********************** L.L.C., to address his concerns regarding the purchase process.During their conversation, **** clarified the discussions that occurred throughout the transaction, specifically regarding the inclusion and subsequent removal of ************* and the two-year Roadway Advantage package. **** reminded Mr. ******* that while the initial approval included these coverages,he later requested their removal to lower the overall cost and down payment, a decision supported by email documentation. Upon reviewing these details, ********** acknowledged recalling the discussions and expressed appreciation for the clarification. **** reassured him of our continued commitment to supporting his business and welcomed future opportunities to assist as needed.

  scam scam scam. used vehicles with a lot of issues and overpriced. They used their brand name to blind people but tactic are very similar to a neighborhood car dealer who sells lemons. penske hide purchase scam through a company called "Primer financing ", it brother company. First they sent me a van with a bad title so dmv would not register it. So I send van back then 2 month later they send another van. in the meantime, you take 1000 calls working with these three companies who can never be on the same page and that's not even including the bank you go with. They confuse you with this tactic because every time you have a concern they blame it on other company. Very low class unprofessional process. Whole process took like 4 months. Then Primer Financing work with a company call "National Truck Protection" for after market warranty scam. overprice warranty by the thousands. Primer financing shows you a blueprint of the warranty you buying with vague pricing Minor details. Then once you buy NTP show you the hardcore details of contract and you see it's a scam. You can't sneeze or they wont cover you. Then all of the warrantees are over price, including the tire or the maintenance one by thousands. They charge me 5000 for gap insurance. This is high level scamming and all three company know. The Three company scamming together. All together I lost like 10,000 between all the bull. NEVER BUY USED TRUCKS FROM PENSKE. SMD

  Premier left three voicemails for customer to return the call regarding the financing of the original unit and swap process for the new unit questions/concerns. Voicemails were left on 11/20/23, 11/21/23, 11/22/23. Customer was reached via phone on 11/29/23 by a Premier Manager, while speaking with the customer the customer is looking for the warranty to be canceled, said it was needed and the customer does not feel like it is worth the money. Penske was able to reach the customer on 11/24/23 via phone regarding the concerns/complaints of the unit, swap process and timeline. Customer confirmed with Penske that the customer would like to keep the Roadside Assistance and Gap. Customer also advised that the unit that they swapped into is running well and no complaints on the unit.

  Premier Financing in particular an employee by the name of Karina Roman gave my company the worst experience you could ever have financing anything. The process took weeks and weeks first of all, I was asked for the same documents over and over again as if she is not keeping up with documents or sharing them others that need said documents. She was not reachable most of the times I called which was disappointing in itself, but she was also bad at communicating through email as well. I would ask a question and get an answer a week later. Or she would ask me for documents attached in previous emails. The most extremely frustrating part was after I sent them 13k in cash they would not release the EXACT location of my truck for inspection purposes after I travelled to Chicago to pick it up until a week later costing me in hotel arrangements. Karina stayed behind the ball and not in front of the ball. I had to move my own process along. Penske Truck Leasing felt so bad at the treatment I received that they gave me a $1300 customer appreciation check. This company in my review receives a F+ the plus was the front desk customer service rep. he was really nice and sympathetic to what I was going through the whole time.
