      UGI service contracts with Home serve is a scam. If you have a customer service issue it will not be resolved. I renewed my service contract in Oct. 2023 for 2024. I paid the price quoted and after paying it I received several notices of a discount of 10% and then up to 80.00 off of what I paid. I called customer service to get the 10% and was told I would receive a check in the mail. It is now Feb and no check. I have called at least 5 times and several representatives that told me I would receive a check and never did. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told It would take 3 days for a response.Never got a reply. I have a paper trail of when and who I talked do. their customer service just wants to tell you what they think you want to hear. I am very disappointed.

      The tech that was sent to our house to service the A/C unit, seemed very experienced and
      knowledgeable. We have a service contract with UGI and needed a part, which was covered
      under the terms of our contract.
      Other companies that have service contracts, charge extra for parts.

      Bad warranty service on heating and AC. I had two problems, one with AC the other with heat. I paid for a warranty about $600.00. ON the AC problem they would not come out for 4 days. On the no heat problem they would not come out the same day, but would the next day. This is unreasonable and I am very dissatisfied with their response times.
