      I was so impressed with Bridge, our service technician. He was on time, very pleasant & super knowledgeable of my dishwasher issue. He listened intently to my concerns regarding the repair. He fixed the problem in no time. Fast Appliance should feel lucky to have such an employee representing their company!

      Absolute scam. Clearly just making money off of “diagnosis”, which consisted of the “tech” coming in our house, asking us what the error code was, him googling that (like we hadn’t thought of that already, duh), and doing nothing else. Literally did not touch the oven. Instead, was on the phone about another matter. Then asked us to pay upfront for a part that may, or may not, have solved the problem, per Google. Told us that it’d be 3-5 days for that part, then we could actually reschedule for the repair. Here’s the deal: we already told them when we scheduled it was an F10 code on a Frigidaire oven with the model number. So…. Why not prepare with the part already in your truck??? Because…. Then you can charge us again for a return visit to “repair” what should have been repaired on the first visit, which we actually thought was going to be done on the first visit. Silly us. Do. Not. Use. And companies need to not certify them either. Complete scam.

      Hello KI. Our technicians travel and do a diagnosis for a flat fee. Once they have confirmed the issue, they ordered any needed parts. We do not warehouse parts. He quotes the labor needed to install the part. That is what is paid on the return trip. There is not an additional trip fee as your review indicates. We are not a scam. 95% of our customer surveys are returned with a 97% or higher rating- 100% being perfect.

      After 12 years the plastic handle on my GE range purchased at Gerhard’s broke off on one side in September. It was replaced at a cost of $130 by a repair person from the Ardmore store. Then it broke off again on the same side after only 6 months. I was told it was only warrantied for 90 days and would cost another $130 to repair. Instead of this option a handy friend offered to try to fix it and did an excellent job. He also found that the replaced handle had been secured by only one screw on each side instead of two. Clearly the handle failed because it was not properly secured (2 missing screws) to maximum strength. There is no excuse for shoddy work like this.

      Very Good. Tech came out and diagnosed and ordered parts. They told me the parts had arrived at my home and they scheduled a second visit. Tech arrived at the bottom of my time frame but within it. I was number 6 of 7 customers that day. He explained he was running a little late that day because he had 2 refrigerator freezer problems and they can take time to thaw. Repair done everything works fine.
