    ************ woman said would send refund. Said other people have problems. Bought two packages of ribeye strips. 24 oz. There was only 10 oz of usable product. There was lots of silver skin with a little meat. I was unhappy and disgusted because I paid $20 for two it was all good quality meat normally I have purchased them before. Woman said would send check check never came. Woman was rude said other people have problems with their meat and they were tired of complaining and I say well fix your problem people won't complain. Again customer service lady very rude to me.

    This was a phone call from the customer to our customer service representative.  We do not have any record of the proof of purchase being provided, which is a requirement for our money back guarantee.  Our representatives handle consumer complaints very professionally and respectfully, whether via written correspondence or telephone conversation.  According to our records we have received numerous complaints over the past nine months from the referenced address, for which we have made full reimbursement of the purchase price each time.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Is Dr ****** We buy your products for weekend barbecues with the grandkids. I explained I did not have the receipt and the woman said it was not a problem. I told the woman I would not be responsible for the 500 people that live in my condominium building or who has a problem other than I. The woman said perhaps there was a store issue. There are only two stores in my area. **** and ********* We live very rural if someone else has a problem we as individuals should not be penalized. I want my hamburger meat replaced or money refunded please
