*** Fisher ***** is one of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with. I went there for a turbo repair covered under special coverage. *****, the service **** pressured me to also pay for the power lines needed for the turbo, stating that ***** wouldn't be responsible if the turbo failed again without the lines being fixed. Although I initially declined, I eventually agreed due to their insistence. After the repair, my car broke down within a mile of leaving the dealership. It turned off completely, leaving me unable to steer. When I checked under the hood, I found the belt shredded, which seemed to have been tampered with or negligently reinstalled by *****. There were no prior issues with the belt, and it wasn't mentioned in the initial diagnosis or paperwork. I called the dealership but was told to wait until Monday because the service department was closed, leaving me stranded with my girlfriend and two-year-old. ***************************** from sales promised a rental and that my car would be fixed the next day, but he didn't follow through. Instead, he made discriminatory remarks, accusing me of trying to avoid paying a bill after I had already paid $375 for the turbo lines. No one from the service department informed me about the belt issue, violating consumer laws. They didn't mention it in person, on the work order, or when I picked up my car. The dealership refused to tow my car and couldn't guarantee they would cover the tow bill or the new belt assembly. They falsely claimed I had refused to replace the belt, which was never an issue before. The dealership's negligence and refusal to take responsibility for their faulty work and parts are unacceptable. They are rude, unhelpful, and only interested in money. I missed two days of work and was left without a car all weekend, risking my job. I would never trust them again and would rather pay an outside mechanic. ***** from service and ***************************** from sales caused this entire negative experience.
